Cranio-sacral Therapy is based on the work by Dr John Upledger. Dr Upledger's findings of a distinct cranial rhythm that both reflects (diagnosis) and corrects (treatment) abnormalities in the nervous system and body functions forms the basis of Cranio-sacral therapy.
